I had a 1-hour Teams interview that covered 7 behavioral questions. Then they flew me out to the site for a 1-hour open discussion about the position and my background. After that, there was a 3-hour site tour, which I think was for assessing personality and fit. Still waiting to hear back.

I was so happy and surprised to get the email about the interview. The first step was a phone call with HR, just a quick pre-screening to see if I was even qualified. A few days later, I had a formal interview with the department heads. They asked basic questions and some trade-specific ones, though I couldn't answer some because I haven't worked in the mining industry before. It seemed like a good place, but you never know.

I got a phone call asking me when I was available for interview. After that I was told that a panel of 6 people would take my interview. This panel consisted of three people from HR and others from the technical field. The technical questions asked were related to my field of experience and hence they seemed easy to me. Please make sure that you know the responsibilities of the position you have received the call for as questions related to that would be asked. Once you get the offer, the HR is very helpful!
