Got an email to set up a phone interview. Was put on speaker phone with 2 women from that mine. They didn't seem interested in interviewing me, I think they had other things to do. They told me I would get an email the next week and I never heard back. Unprofessional.

I submitted my application and the next day they asked me to do a 15 minute one way interview. I refuse to participate in one way interviews because they are awkward and demeaning. Show you care about prospective employees by having an actual human interact with them for 15 minutes. I hope other people join in on boycotting these silly HR requirements.
