Business Development Manager
I had an interview with the internal recruiter, then an interview with HR and the hiring manager, followed by an interview with the creative director. Then, there was a presentation with a really strange scenario. It took a lot of my time away from my current job to prepare the presentation. When I got to the interview location for the presentation, the two directors I was supposed to present to weren't there. I was put in a conference room that wasn't set up for a PowerPoint. After 15 minutes, I called the recruiter, who apologized and tried to find them. After 30-40 minutes past the start time, one director showed up and couldn't figure out how to work the TV for my presentation. This made me rush through my presentation. I was asked questions that I wouldn't have known the answers to before joining the company. It was a ridiculous and unprofessional interview, a huge waste of my time. After 3 weeks, the recruiter called me to say the hiring manager didn't like my presentation. It seemed like a joke, given his lack of experience compared to mine. The presentation showed his lack of leadership and clarity, and his unprofessional interview process. I don't recommend this company.

- What would be your response to questions you've never encountered before joining the company?
Operations Reporting Analyst
First, I spoke with an external recruiter who was super nice and told me about the company and jobs. They asked some basic questions like why I left my old job and what I'm looking for. Then, I met the Operations Manager, who was also really friendly and passionate about Freeosk. We went over my resume, and she asked a bunch of behavioral questions. After that, I had a 30-minute technical chat with two Senior Analysts about my experience, followed by a 30-minute Excel test with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. I then presented my findings to three team members. Finally, I had a cultural fit interview with a senior person, answering 4-5 behavioral questions about fitting in.

Scrum Master
The interview process started with a phone screening to discuss the company and its business. They operate kiosks, primarily in Walmart stores, where they offer samples to customers who scan their membership cards. Following this, the second interview involved two separate 30-minute one-on-one sessions: one with the creative product owner and another with the technical lead. Both of these interviews focused on questions about your experience, operational knowledge, and career goals.
- Can you tell me about the Agile tracking software you've used the most?
IT Project Manager
It was a 3-stage interview: first a phone call with HR, then an in-person meeting with my manager, and finally another office meeting with the PO and a VIP from Operations. It was challenging but interesting because of the business subject matter. Everyone was really friendly and put me at ease by starting with small talk before diving into the interview questions.
- Can you tell me about your past experience and how you've used Agile/Scrum?
- How would you approach solving a specific problem using Agile/Scrum methodologies?
