Behavioral Presentation

I went through 3 rounds of interviews for this role. The first was with the hiring manager, the second with the Art Director and Creative Resourcing Manager. Then the final interview was with the Senior Group Creative Director and Group Art Director. It took a week to hear back about moving to the second round, and less than a day to move to the third. By the end of the third interview, I was told the hiring manager would let me know about the position the following week. It's been a month now and I haven't heard anything.

Behavioral Other

The second interview was with HR and it was very unprofessional. The interviewer was 10 minutes late for a 30-minute interview and ended it 5 minutes early. They asked me to describe my qualifications and experience. While I was talking, they barely made eye contact, looked away most of the time, and seemed completely bored, like they hated their job and were forced to interview people. They said they wanted someone who was a better fit for the manager's personality. I don't see how they could have gotten to know my personality in a rushed 15-minute interview (that was supposed to be 30 minutes), half of which they spent reading from a script. This was one of the most unprofessional interviews I've ever had.

Behavioral Technical

I applied on their career website. The process was seamless and very professional. First, there was a 30-minute phone screen with a knowledgeable recruiter. Second, I interviewed with the department Manager and Regional Director over video. They were upfront and candid about the role, day-to-day life, and expectations. They also talked about Freeman's commitment to client experience and the importance of teamwork. Everyone seemed happy with the company and their roles.

Behavioral Case Presentation Technical

After your application is reviewed, you'll have a phone screen with someone from HR to chat about your background and see how you communicate. Then, you'll likely have an interview with the hiring manager or a team member to talk about your client management experience, how you solve problems, and examples of past client or project management. The next interview might be with senior folks, digging deeper into your experience and how you'd handle certain situations. You could also get a case study or presentation to prepare, showing off your analysis and communication skills. The last interview is probably with upper management or a panel to make sure you fit the company vibe. If all that checks out, they'll do reference and background checks. Finally, if it's a match, you'll get a job offer with the details.
