The telephonic interview was really quick, just about 5 minutes. They wanted to check my communication skills, my academic background, and any experience I have that relates to the job description. They also asked about my projects, workshops, and internships.

So, for Fullstack Web Dev jobs, it can change a bit company to company. But generally, you'll send in your application, resume, cover letter, and portfolio. Some places might do a quick phone chat first to see if you're a good fit. Then, there's usually a technical test to check out your coding chops – maybe some coding tasks, a challenge, or a take-home assignment. After that, expect one or more tech interviews where you'll be solving code problems, talking about your past work, and showing you know your stuff about web dev, databases, algorithms, and data structures. These could be in person, on the phone, or video. They also do behavioral interviews to check out your soft skills, how you talk, work with others, and if you fit the vibe of the company. They'll ask about your past experiences and how you deal with tough situations or teamwork. Some might throw in whiteboard challenges or pair programming to see how you think and code on the spot. If all goes well, a final interview with the big bosses like hiring managers or team leads might happen. This is where they'll talk about career stuff, the company vibe, and any last questions. If you nail it, you might get an offer! Then you can negotiate things like pay and benefits. After accepting, it's onboarding time with all the intro stuff and training. It's smart to prep for all this by brushing up on tech stuff, practicing coding, and getting your communication skills sharp. Also, looking into the company beforehand is a good move to show you're serious.

It was a really good experience. First, I got a request from a client. Then, we had a discussion to make sure we were on the same page about what was needed and to see if my working style was a good match for the project. Based on the feedback, we were able to move forward with the work smoothly.

The interview was about 30 minutes long. They evaluated my knowledge and fluency. Speaking skills, along with writing skills, were important.
