The interview was focused on a technical product, and the interviewer showed little empathy. They arrived more than 30 minutes late, causing me to wait. My impression is they forgot about the meeting and were reminded upon my arrival, and since it was a Friday, they might have wanted to finish their afternoon early and didn't remember the appointment.

First, there's an HR Screening via phone or video call to go over your background, salary ideas, and when you can start. Then, a Technical Interview with a Consultant or Lead who will check your D365 F&O, SCM, Finance, Integrations, and Data Migration skills. Be ready to share real examples and talk about tools like DMF, Power BI, SQL, and automation. After that, you'll tackle a Case Study or Scenario-Based Interview to see how you solve problems and consult, using the STAR method for ERP challenges like optimizing procurement. Next up is a Managerial/Functional Interview to see if you align with the business and can work in a team, so highlight your communication and collaboration skills. Finally, an HR Round for salary talks, benefits, and cultural fit, followed by a Final Call if you're selected to discuss the offer.
