Behavioral Presentation

This recruiting process was way too long and frankly, not needed. I believe that if a company needs more than 3 rounds to assess a candidate, they aren't sure what they're looking for. They definitely proved my point. I went through six rounds in total, which included a presentation. I met with the recruiter, the manager, and the director. Then, we all met again for the presentation. After that, I met with two department heads and finally the CEO. Every time, I was told my feedback was excellent. After meeting with the CEO, they asked for my references. I was so sure I had the job. But they never actually contacted my references. A few days later, I got the rejection call. The reason given was vague – 'they felt someone else was more aligned with the role.' They said there was nothing negative in my profile. Months later, I saw the same role advertised and applied again, but got an instant rejection. Don't waste your time applying here; look elsewhere.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through three rounds of interviews. First, I talked with the recruiter. Then, I had a second round with the HR Director. The final round was a presentation of a working assessment to the HR Director and Fractional VP of HR. After the presentation, the recruiter was supposed to contact me. They did call me 5 days later, and I gave them my availability, but I never heard back. I tried to follow up multiple times with no response.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a quick, seamless, and transparent process with 3 interviews. The first was a phone screening with the recruiter. The second was with the hiring manager. The third was a working interview with the chief of operations where I presented a strategic strategy. We talked mostly about culture, fast growth, and the changing organization.

Behavioral Technical Case

I had three interviews over Zoom. The first one was with the talent recruiter, where we talked about my work experience and goals, and I told her about myself. It was about 15 minutes. The second interview was with two directors, and I had to do mock phone calls and show my multitasking and customer service skills. That one was about 20 minutes. The last interview was with the director of the intake department, and they asked me scenario questions to see how I'd handle different problems. I got the offer about a week later because the recruiter was out on vacation.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you tell me a little about yourself?
  • Demonstrate your ability to handle mock phone calls, multitasking, and customer service.
  • How would you troubleshoot various scenarios?
