A recruiter from California contacted me a day after I submitted my application. They scheduled an in-person interview with the branch manager, which I attended. Following that, I had an interview with the survey regional manager, which also seemed to go well. After more than a week of silence, I reached out to the recruiter via phone call and email. Shortly after my email, I received a rejection notification.

Had an HR phone interview which was fine. The technical interview was horrid though, the interviewer showed up late, seemed uninterested, and rushed to end the call quickly with hardly any communication.

The next step involved a panel interview with the management team and a presentation, for which I received compensation. This was the most transparent and collaborative interview process I've encountered, free of the disorienting 'tactics' I've faced elsewhere. I wanted to review it before completion for objectivity, but Glassdoor required a response on offer status.
