The interview process has 3 levels. First, an HR call to ensure company values and salary expectations align. Second, a technical interview with the Department Head and Tech Lead where they ask their specific technical questions and take notes. Third, an interview with the CIO and Department Head, primarily led by the CIO, covering process, change management, ITIL, and your motivation for joining the company.

So I met with someone who's currently in the role, and they showed me around the office and gave me a quick rundown of the company. Then I had my actual interview with two senior folks. It was pretty relaxed, and we just talked through my resume to get a better sense of my background. After that, I had another interview with two principals, and it was pretty much the same deal. My commute was pretty long, so they were nice enough to offer a phone interview to save me the trip. I got the job offer a few weeks later!

The first few rounds with the team seemed promising. However, when I got to the Partner level, it was clear they dismissed me instantly just by looking at me on Zoom. You can see their current leadership. They talk about diversity but don't practice it at all. You'll never see a person of color at a client site with this company. I ended up getting an offer from Deloitte, where I could bring in new business. Good luck trying to get into the national market.

I first connected with a recruiter at a college job fair. After applying and sending my resume, I got a call back and we scheduled an interview. The interview itself had two parts. First, I met with two managers and the office director for a formal interview. Then, I had a more casual chat with two senior associates where we discussed what to expect in the role, the office environment, and I could ask them any questions I had.
