I went through two interview rounds. The first one was on Zoom and lasted 30 minutes. They asked some really basic questions. I didn't make it to the second round, so I don't know what that part would have been like.

Behavioral Presentation

This interview felt extremely intense, almost like I was interviewing for the highest position in the country. It was about an hour of aggressive questioning. They seemed to want someone who is a yes-man but can also work independently, which is fine for an assistant role. However, the presentation style was very aggressive. I'm concerned about what working there would be like if this is how they interview. The interviewer seemed eager but interrupted me several times. She also described the operations team in a way that sounded cliquey or like a cult. I can see how their online reviews reflect the company culture. Despite good pay and growth, the high turnover and the fact this position has been open for a long time suggest there's a reason. I wanted to share this for others considering applying. Thankfully, I don't desperately need this job or any new position right now. Use your best judgment.

A recruiter from the Talent Acquisition team contacted me and asked for my availability for a phone screen. During this initial call, they asked some basic questions about my employment history. About a week later, I got an invitation for an on-site interview.

This is for the Recruiter/Trainer Position. The process is very old school. Typical culture survey and application. The recruiter calls to screen you with very standard questions. From there, they move fast. I was called in the afternoon and asked to be there in the morning at 7am. Which the front desk arrived right at 7:00am and was a complete mess. Did not start me on the math and computer testing until 35 minutes of me being there. I was provided a link to fill out a formal application which did not work even when I copy and pasted it. They have you take an assessment on a mini laptop in the front lobby. They don't offer you a desk or comfortable place to type. I had to complete the application at location which delayed me getting to my other appointment on time. I had a panel interview with a mix of higher level and mid level employees and it was pretty typical. I was over the process, once I saw how unorganized the establishment was. They use spreadsheets for recruiting and their systems and processes seem extremely outdated. So, I just gave a minimal interview and kindly sent an email to withdrawal my application. I can guarantee they will not draw quality candidates with their current processes. It seems the panel has a bad guy and good guy psychology as the recruiter was attempting to play the antagonistic role while the President was allot more relaxed and natural.
