I spoke with some employees, including the owner, and then I took some tests. The questions were like SATs, not too hard.

Behavioral Technical Other

I had an in-person interview with the owner and hiring manager. They asked about my academic history and skills. They mentioned that most people start in customer service and can move to other roles later. I thought the SAT-style and personality tests were unnecessary.

Behavioral Other

I interviewed with the manager/supervisor Kendra and it was a pretty relaxed interview. I also interviewed with Mike (the owner). He seemed more interested in my personality/interests than my technical ability. After the in person interview, there was a SAT style exam which was difficult because I have not studied material like that since high school. There is also a personality test. Frazer claims "there are no wrong answers" but why would they administer the test during the interview if the results are not used as a deciding factor for hiring?

Behavioral Technical

I sent in an application and got an automated email. Then I had an interview. First, the hiring manager who was dressed super casually interviewed me and asked some basic questions. Then the owner came in and seemed more interested in getting to know me on a personal level. After that, I took a really long test that they use to decide if they'll hire you.
