I had a personal interview at the headquarter, which lasted for about an hour. It started with a company presentation, and then they asked me questions about my motivation, experiences, and academic background. They also wanted to know about my personal fit and why I was interested in the strategy department. I received direct feedback afterwards, and overall, it was a really nice interview.

The application process was well-structured. The team lead and HR presented themselves professionally. All questions were answered thoroughly, and no inappropriate questions were asked. Travel expenses were reimbursed, and many other bonuses are available. Overall, a good impression was made. Parking is available in the underground garage, and the website provides very good directions for arrival.

I had an interview on June 14th for Baggage Handling/VIP Support. Mr. Carvalho conducted the interview. I explicitly stated that I would be studying from October onwards and was looking for a part-time position starting then. After that, I was invited to and passed the Dangerous Goods and Aviation Security training courses. This was followed by a medical examination in July. Today at 4:30 PM, I received a call giving me an ultimatum: either accept a full-time position or face an immediate rejection. They said, 'Do you want to work or study, you have to decide!' I understand this as a questionable tactic from a business student's perspective, but it's quite unsociable. This could have been clarified during the initial interview.

Auf Nachfragen aufpassen. Einige Erzählungen werden hinterfragt und somit auf den Wahrheitsanteil überprüft. Ansonsten wurde dieses Vorstellungsgespräch nur über Teams geführt und eine anschließende Rückmeldung erfolgte innerhalb von einer Woche. Ein paar strukturierte Fragen wurden vorbereitet, ansonsten eher wenig strukturiert und spontan. Anschließend wurde auch viel Small Talk betrieben. (allgemein betrachtet wurde die Nervosität schnell genommen)
