The interview was good. I was asked about my past employment, references, and overall experience. They also explained the company benefits. The dress code was neat and all black. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm, with three days off on the weekend. There are 3 months of paid vacation during the summer, from June to September.

The interview was pretty easygoing and the people who interviewed me were nice too. They asked normal questions that I think with some prep anyone could handle. Get ready for questions about situations and talking about your past work.

The interview process generally involves a few key steps, though it can differ based on the company and the specific job. First, you submit your application, usually through a website. Then, HR or a recruiter looks through the applications to pick out candidates who seem to have the right qualifications and experience. After that, if you're selected, you might have an initial chat, either by phone or video, to talk about your background, what you can do, and if you'd be a good fit for the role.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process had two main stages. In the first stage, the executive manager mainly talks about what the company offers. You don't get much of a chance to speak, but they watch to see how attentive you are. If you do well in that first round, you'll get an email for the second round, which is a one-on-one meeting with the manager. For the first interview, I'd recommend looking really interested in what they're telling you. Appearing engaged gives you an edge.
