First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Franklin Group.
Staff Accountant
The interview was pretty chill, talking with the Controllers and VP. They asked a couple of situational questions, but it was mostly a vibe check. We chatted about our lives and kids. They were open about the company's recent expansion. I appreciated their community involvement and the good work-life balance they offer.
- How do you interact with colleagues?
Leasing Consultant
The interview process is a basic interview. They asked about experience and background, the usual questions for an interview. The interview flowed like a conversation. Franklin and Johnston is a great company.
- Can you describe a situation where you had a disagreement with a coworker and how you resolved it?
Property Manager
I had a phone interview with the regional manager where we talked about possible openings and what I was looking for. It didn't seem like there were any openings right now, but they might have opportunities in the future.
- What are you seeking in your next role?
Intern
It was a quick interview, about 10 minutes total. They weren't trying to intimidate me, just wanted to get basic info about me and my interest in real estate.
