First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Franklin D. Azar & Associates, PC.
Associate
The interview started with me asking you some questions, like telling me about yourself, why you want this job, and why this firm. Then, you got to ask me some questions.
- Why are you interested in this position?
Attorney
It was a pretty simple and relaxed interview process. They'll explain what they're looking for and focus on how your abilities match the job. Overall, I thought it was a good experience.
- Can you tell me about your strongest skills?
Attorney
The process used to involve an interview with the COO, followed by an interview with Mr. Azar. Now, attorneys interview with the managing attorney and the COO first, before meeting with Mr. Azar. The interview was good and I was asked challenging questions about my work history and expertise. They were both very upfront about the job, the hours, pay, and potential for growth. I felt good after the interview.
- Tell me about the proudest moment in your legal career so far, and also your favorite moment.
Marketing Associate
I talked to the main HR person and they told me roughly when I'd hear back. It was a single interview where they checked if I'd be a good fit for the company. They asked me about my background and what I want to do long-term.
- What's your approach to handling mistakes?
