Senior Consultant
It was a really long interview process. It had a bunch of interviews and an online facilitation part where I had to show my skills in engaging and training an audience. I also had several meetings with the top leaders multiple times. We talked about key markets that had upcoming projects that might be a good fit for my background. They also asked me how I would learn about and assess the market to make an immediate impact.

- Can you share a time when a leadership experience presented a significant challenge for you?
