First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Franklin Covey.
Client Partner
The process went well with no delays. The recruiter was very communicative and supportive. There were the right number of interviews for the role. The interviewers were organized and prepared. I received quick feedback and the offer came fast. The company met the expectations that were set during the interview.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Client Partner
The whole thing took ages, like over three months. It was the senior leaders who apparently wanted this drawn-out process. Some person was in charge of scheduling calls and just kept repeating the same company spiel. Every phone call felt like starting fresh.
- Could you introduce yourself?
Client Partner
I first had a phone screen with the recruiter, which went well. Then, there was a panel interview with two people. One was a senior leader who asked strategic questions about business metrics and team strategy. I enjoyed talking to him. The other interviewer might have been the new hiring manager, but it wasn't clear. She seemed disengaged, often looking at her phone or her nails. She said she learned something, but her lack of interest made it feel off. So, it was a mixed experience. The professional interviewer was good, but the other one's lack of engagement and the unclear structure made me question the team dynamic. If she is the hiring manager, maybe it's good I'm not moving forward.
- Can you tell me about your metrics for generating new sales?
