Cashier Customer Service
I interviewed at Frankie's Fun Park in North Charleston. It was a really relaxed interview. First, you meet the General Manager, who's a pretty cool guy. He cracks weird jokes, but just be upfront with him about why you want the job and that you're a team player, and you'll probably get through. Then you interview with the owner. He's usually running late, so be ready for that. The actual interview with him is super short, like 5 minutes, where he asks why you want to work there and then tells you the pay. It's an easy interview process overall, but it might take a while depending on the season and when the owner can come in.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had a chat with the GM, who seemed a bit eccentric, but apparently, that's how he is, according to the other employees. Then, I met with the owner, Doug, who I suspect might have been tipsy, but he was a pretty chill guy. Overall, the interviews were quite easy.

Applied online and heard back in about a week for the first interview. The first interview was with the General Manager, asking about my availability and why I wanted to work for Frankie's. If I got a second interview with the owner, I was basically hired. The second interview with the owner was to discuss pay.

After they reach out, usually by phone or email, you’ll get set up for an in person interview with the owner, GM or both. It’s pretty simple. They’ll ask about your past work experience, how you handle customer service issues, and your availability.
- What's your availability like for evenings and weekends?
- Can you share an experience where you had to handle an upset customer?
