There was a WiFi Speed Test (you need an Ethernet cable, not a mobile router). Then, a preliminary phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. After that, a WebX video interview that was about 45 minutes long. The questions were mostly common interview questions, plus some about your personality, teamwork, and motivation.

It was a pretty easy process. The company was very communicative, and the whole thing wrapped up in less than a month. They were friendly and easy to reach out to.

The interview process included a phone screen, an interview with the director, an interview with direct reports, and finally an interview with peer managers. It was a standard question and answer interview. The last two interviews were panel interviews where multiple people asked questions and listened. I was disappointed in the final interview because one of the interviewers was clearly not engaged and working on other things. They just asked simple yes/no questions and didn't seem interested in follow-up, making it obvious they had already chosen someone else and were just going through the motions.

The process was pretty simple. First, I had a phone chat with HR. Then, I went in for an in-person meeting with my current boss and one of the VPs, who is my boss's boss. I thought they weren't totally upfront about the culture, which is very conservative and doesn't offer much work/life balance flexibility.
