The hiring process was messy and the info they gave me was not accurate. HR didn't get involved until a second interview for a role that was a step up. I ended up talking to four different people, and then found out a week later that the job I interviewed for was already taken.

First interviewed for a stylist position in person with a manager then over the phone with the DM for a sales lead/key holder position. I have zero retail experience but a lot of customer service experience and some managerial experience working in zoos in education and as a zookeeper. I also monitor in business management so I think that helped. Focus on how great u are at communicating and you should do well. Interviewed within a week. In person then over the phone. Got an offer 1 day after phone interview.

I reached out first to see if they were hiring, and then I had a chat with the store manager. It was mostly about understanding the different jobs and what they were looking for. Then, there was a role-playing part where I had to style a guest for an event in the store. After that, the manager set up another interview for the following week. We discussed my past retail work, how I handle leadership situations, and my personality to see if I was a good match. Later, I had a phone call with the district manager, which was pretty similar but went deeper into my leadership experience and how I could benefit the team. I heard back about two days later that I got the job.
