Account Coordinator
Applied after seeing a job posting on Indeed. I had a phone interview with the HR Manager a few days later. It went really well and I was invited to a second round which consisted of a video call with the Account Managers. After that, I did a 2 hour challenge where they sent you hypothetical scenarios to see how well you organize/prioritize and how you communicate with clients. After a week, I was offered the position!
- What kind of work environment do you like best?
- Do you feel okay with working from home?
PR Executive
I applied online and they said I passed the first stage. Then they asked me to complete a task and a questionnaire within 72 hours, which is really fast if you're working full-time. It took me about 3 hours total. The research task was pretty involved with multiple parts, and the questionnaire was basically an interview. They were responsive by email while I was doing the task, but after I sent it back, it was radio silence. It's been a month and I haven't heard anything. I guess I wasn't the right fit, but a heads-up would have been nice. I even emailed twice and they probably just deleted them. Honestly, save yourself the 3-4 hours, don't bother with this.
- What's the toughest decision you've had to make recently in the past six months?
Creative Strategist
Applied online and answered 5 in-depth questions about previous work experiences. About a week later, I got an email asking me to do a Google Sheets exercise, which turned out to be a main part of the job. About another week after that, I got invited to interview with one of the partners. It took 2 weeks to get an offer.
- Can you describe your past job experience and how it relates to this role?
Intern
This was a simple and straight forward interview process. I've had experiences with companies that make you wait around and don't prioritize internships, sometimes you don't even get a response. I really appreciated how quickly they moved through the process and how transparent they were. It was definitely the best intern interview experience I had out of more than 10. And they actually pay their interns, which is a huge plus.
- What industry news sources do you follow?
