Technical Case Behavioral

This was a really unique interview! There were 3 rounds: a technical interview, a case study, and an HR round. After finishing everything and sending in my documents, I found out the role was put on hold the day after I finished. Who knows the real reason, but it was a disappointing experience.

Technical Case Behavioral

The interview process at Fractal was quite smooth. After a written test covering Python and SQL (or R & SQL), I went through three interview rounds. The first round focused on my work history, projects, and technical abilities. The second round honed in on business understanding and problem-solving, with potential case studies or guesstimates. The final round was an HR interview to check for cultural fit. My experience was amazing, and Pallavi Kumari was really helpful in guiding me through the application and answering all my questions patiently, which allowed me to concentrate better on the interviews.
