Technical Behavioral Coding

I applied online and the process had 4 stages: an online test, a technical face-to-face interview, a manager round, and an HR round. After passing the online test, I was invited for a face-to-face interview in Bengaluru. The first round was technical, focusing on SQL, Java, Python, resume skills, projects, and past work experience. The second round was with the manager, covering resume details, previous jobs, and some logic questions. The third round was with HR, where we talked about my introduction, education, family, previous jobs, and also about the company environment, career prospects, and growth at Fractal. It was a great experience meeting everyone, they were friendly and understanding.

Technical Behavioral Case

HR from Naukri.com reached out to me. The interview process was smooth. There were 3 rounds: Technical, Managerial, and HR. I cleared the Technical round where they asked easy to medium questions about my projects and resume skills. After 1.5 weeks, my Managerial round was scheduled. In this round, they asked about my project and some economics/market concepts. I wasn't selected.

Technical

I applied online for the Associate Position. HR contacted me the next day for an online aptitude test. After I completed it, I let HR know. However, I received an email stating I didn't pass the test. I'm confused about their selection criteria since I thought I did great on the test. I wish HR would be more transparent about the test by sharing scores instead of just sending a generic rejection email.

Confirmed questions4 questions

  • There were 13 Quant questions, which were moderate.
