The first part was a group interview with 12 people, where we had to talk about our studies and work experiences. There was also a simple manual dexterity test. The second part involved meeting the company manager who had notes from the first interview. They asked questions about what happened in the first part, and we also had to solve a group problem within a set time and present our solution at the end.
