It took about 5 months from when the recruiter first contacted me until everything was done. I had two interviews with the hiring managers, and they said they liked me and were going to offer me the job. Then, over a month went by, and instead of an offer, they said I had to do more interviews. There was this weird HR interview where they asked me standard questions I'd already answered and to rate myself on a scale of 1-10 in different areas. My recruiter mentioned I'd also have to interview with the president, but the HR person said her interview was the last one. Over a week later, the recruiter called to say they had to cut costs and couldn't work with agencies anymore, so any candidates like me who were referred by recruiters were out. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Foxx reached out after seeing my resume from a career fair. I went to their office and after waiting at the front desk, HR brought me up for the interview. HR asked typical questions to see if I aligned with the company's values: teamwork and positive attitudes. After that, I met with the CEO. He mostly discussed the company's aims and objectives, asked me about my qualifications, strengths, and weaknesses, and then gave me a tour. Depending on the specific role, there's also an interview with the hiring manager for that department. The interview process went exceptionally well!

The team seems great, and I did my research; the company is performing exceptionally well, with a high level of energy from management and employees. They emphasized the need for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable. It seems they've had issues with recent graduates struggling in the past, so they're now prioritizing candidates with more experience.

We exchanged a lot of emails with the recruiters and the agency. The recruiter set up a phone interview. I registered at the front desk for the onsite interview, which included both one-on-one and group sessions. I also spoke with the hiring manager via email and phone. Finally, I received the offer letter.
