Applied online. The whole thing took 2 weeks. It started with a 30 minute phone call, then I went in for 2 onsite interviews, each lasting an hour. They mostly asked standard questions.

Behavioral Technical Other

You'll probably interview with the direct boss of the job you're applying for. Before that, depending on what the boss needs, you might have a personality test, an IQ test, and an English test. HR will also do a quick interview and tell you about the company. These tests aren't that important if you make a good impression in the interview though. The salary is up to the boss, but like many Taiwan companies, it's usually not great.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Had a phone interview first, which was just a run-through of my resume experience and lasted about 30 minutes. Then, there was an onsite interview with four people. They showed me a design and asked for my input on how to improve an existing problem. The whole process was pretty laid-back and enjoyable. They explained the role well and wanted to be sure it was a good fit for me.
