Manager
The recruiter was unresponsive, disorganized, and dismissive. Interviews were scheduled without checking my availability and no communication or feedback was provided after multiple rounds. The whole process felt like a waste of time and gave me a bad impression of the company. My advice to management is to fix the recruitment team and respect candidates' time and effort.
- What are your thoughts on questions related to the job requirements?
Sales Development Representative
It felt more like a series of chats than a standard interview process. There were 5 stages in total: a conversation with HR, then the SDR manager, followed by a logic and math test, then a meeting with the sales manager, and finally a brief chat with the global sales director. The whole thing took about 2 weeks.
- Can you tell me what you know about our company and the PDF industry?
Product Designer
So the interview process had 4 rounds in total. First, it was an email exchange with some questions from HR. Then, I had a meeting with the hiring manager where we talked about my background and they reviewed my portfolio. The next step was an assessment, which was a presentation I sent over to the same hiring manager. For the final round, I met again with the hiring manager; it was a casual chat to get to know me better, and they shared more details about the project and the team. After all that, the hiring manager called me for a quick chat, and that's when they extended a verbal offer and we discussed things like salary and my start date.

- Please present one of your projects.
Account Executive
The interview process was pretty quick and simple, though the computer-based test for knowledge and personality felt tough and daunting. It's impossible to answer every question on it, so don't even try. The first step is just an invitation to take the test. After I finished the test, I was contacted within a few days for a brief interview, and then I got a job offer on the spot. The official offer came via email, which required me to re-learn how to sign a PDF.
- What animal would you choose to be if you could be any?
