Campaign Manager
The interview process was great, and everyone I talked to gave me good insights into what each team focuses on. I felt like I got a better sense of the team dynamic.
- Where do you see your career going in the long run?
Sales Assistant
It was a really simple interview with a super laid-back executive. I felt like it went great and they mentioned they'd be in touch within a week or two. Sadly, I never heard back, which was a bummer. An update, even a rejection, would've been nice.
- What is your motivation for wanting to join Fox?
Sales Assistant
The interview felt really casual and laid-back, like a normal chat. We talked easily, and the questions were pretty straightforward. I spoke with just one person for over an hour. It was a relaxed experience with no curveballs. They mainly asked questions about my resume. It was mentioned that there's not much room to move up in the Boston office since it's small (just one regional account exec). The person was very down-to-earth and took the time to explain the industry and the ins and outs of the job in detail.
- Do you have prior sales experience?
- What are your salary expectations?
Sales Assistant
It was a basic interview, pretty laid back and casual for the most part. They asked about my resume and skills. They mentioned the pay is $30,000 and it won't increase over time.
- Can you describe your skills that are suitable for this role?
