I had a meeting with a few members of the executive board. We talked about my resume and they asked some logistical questions. It felt more like a personal interview. I liked the conversation and meeting people from the company. They also gave me a tour of the offices.

We met up at Starbucks for a casual chat about the job qualifications and what the role involves. I got a call back within a week for a second interview. During that second interview, the interviewer said he'd definitely let me know if it was a yes or no. It's been about a month now and I still haven't heard anything. I've been calling and emailing every week to follow up, but no replies. It was really disappointing that they didn't even bother to respond to my emails and let me know, instead of leaving me hanging. Super unprofessional.

Had two sets of pretty standard behavioral/situational interviews. First interview was about half an hour with a VP and a Planner. Second was with a VP and two Planners. They asked a lot of 'tell me about a time' questions. They were also very interested in me as a person, and my personality. Make sure to be sincere and share as much of your personal stories as you feel comfortable. I was surprised that they didn't mind my not being into sports, thought that would be a huge barrier but it didn't turn out to be true.
