It was a really great interview process, the people I met were super nice. The company's leaders seem genuinely happy to be there, and that energy was contagious. I left the interview feeling really enthusiastic about the opportunity. They asked questions that were relevant and made sense.

The process involved two testing phases: a take-home test submitted via email, which included translation and proofreading tasks, and a timed writing test conducted at the agency. Following these, there was a one-on-one interview at Fox that was short and casual, lasting about 15 minutes. Several candidates were interviewed sequentially, requiring a wait for previous interviews to conclude. The entire process, from test arrangements to the interview, took approximately 3 days, with feedback received over a week later via the agency.

I applied online and then got a call from HR a week later to talk about the job. After that, the VP called me to come in. It was pretty chaotic when I got there; no one told me where to go or how to park because the lobby was being worked on. Once inside, I had a quick chat with the VP, then they sent me to a conference room with some other people for another interview. They mostly talked about how disorganized things are and that they need someone who can figure things out independently. They didn't ask me many questions. The VP then walked me out and mentioned I might need to go to HR or fill out an application, which confused me since I had already applied. A week later, I had to meet with another VP and interview again for the same role but for a different team. A few days later, I got an offer.

The interview process was super smooth. The HR team really worked to place me in the best department, even if it was different from where I initially applied. My first interview was with HR for a general screening, where they asked about my skills and overall experience. Then, I interviewed with my direct supervisor, who went over all the tasks, expectations, and availability for the role. I received an offer via email just 3 business days later.
