I had an in-person interview with the branch manager and assistant branch manager. They asked me typical questions about my past jobs and what I want to do in my career. The staff made me feel welcome.

The interview experience was very thorough and informative. It included both an HR Representative and the Department Manager, who asked good questions. These were the standard HR questions common at many companies, not directly related to the job duties themselves.

I applied for a teller position and never heard back. It seems they look for overqualified candidates, as my friend told me they have people with bachelor's degrees working as tellers. The interview process was long and drawn out, with three interviews, and then they never contacted me or sent a rejection. I called and left messages but got no response. I reapplied later for another teller position, and this time I didn't even get an interview or a rejection notice. Their hiring process is rude and unprofessional.

The interview process was super easy and straightforward. It wasn't intimidating at all, and the HR folks were really friendly. They were flexible with my school and work schedule to find a good interview time. The tellers who met me when I arrived were also very helpful.
