Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FOX Broadcasting.
Intern
the interview process was simple. HR called to do a pre-screen and then once through that round I was called by the show's executive producer who asked me more questions about my background and technical skills.
- Tell me about your technical skills.
- Tell me about your background.
Intern
I had 3 interview rounds for this internship. First, there were two phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview. Even though everything went well and the recruiters were super nice, it was a really tough role with only one position open. I was glad I got to the final stage to meet some of the executives. Even though it didn't end up working out, it was a valuable learning experience!
- Could you explain your interest in Fox and what you know about the company or the specific department?
- What are your overall career aspirations and your five-year plan?
- What are your career goals?
Intern
I applied online back in January 2017. The interview happened in April 2017. I got the offer in May 2017 and started at the end of May.
- Can you tell me what you are currently studying?
- What makes you want to work at Fox?
- In what ways would your previous experiences be beneficial for this role?
