The interview process was pretty long, it took a lot of time to go over my education and background knowledge. They also did a background check, including looking into my military experience. I really liked the review board and how they explained the job details.

The interview included a review of my CV, followed by a technical test where I had to build a Selenium Page Object Model. They use selenium webdriver for all automation, and there will be some manual testing because the project deadline is very tight, so it's not a strictly agile environment.

The interview process for this role is a structured, therapeutic interaction designed to collect both subjective and objective information. It kicks off by building rapport and trust, making sure to provide privacy and explain confidentiality. The interviewer will use open-ended questions, listen actively, observe your behavior, mood, and thought processes, and will clarify your responses. The interview will cover your mental status, any risks (like suicide or harm), your medical history, current medications, and social factors. This information will help guide the diagnosis and treatment plan.
