Trainer
First there's an AI screen to filter candidates, then we do a normal interview process with a background check if the role is for management. The phone interview is done via Teams and a group of interviewers will ask a series of questions to assess your skills.

Human Resources Business Partner
Applied online, pretty easy. The interview process was a bit long, involving several people. The company has locations in 13 states. It's a faith-based company with a small HR team. The role requires being in the office 4 days a week.
- What would success look like in this role?
General Manager
The hiring manager asked a lot of questions. He was really friendly and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable. Our conversation lasted about an hour. He asked really detailed questions, not the usual generic ones.

Interview was very quick, I was called in for an interview then after the interview the Store manager told me to call back as soon as I had my non-slip shoes and black pants.
