The interview process was good. They provided a lot of information about the job and answered everything I asked. The questions they asked made sense and were related to the role. The interviewers were very nice, and I was happy with how it went.
- What motivated your interest in a position at Foursight?
Verification Specialist
First I had a phone chat with the office manager. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview. When I got there, I met with the Supervisor and the Lead. The interview was about 20 minutes long and they made me feel really comfortable. They asked casual questions about me and my background. After I left, they called me back a few hours later and offered me the job.

The atmosphere was really relaxed. They seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person, not just a statistic. The questions felt pretty casual. I spoke with my potential direct supervisor first, and then immediately after, with the manager.
