This interview process was quite drawn out, involving meetings with three different levels of management. The first meeting was relatively easy and comfortable. The second interview became repetitive and rather tedious, and I found it to be the most challenging. The third meeting was simply with the hotel manager for a get-to-know-you session. The second interviewer ultimately makes the hiring decision, so it's crucial to make a strong impression during that stage.

I didn't really like the interview process but I had to take a job so I ended up accepting their offer. Their interview style and communication exceeded my expectations; it was okay at the start but got better as it went on.

I applied for an IT Specialist role in early March. About two weeks after applying, I received a call for an interview. On the interview day, I met with both the head of the IT department and someone from HR. Another two weeks passed before I was contacted again. This time, I had a meeting with the Director of HR. She asked me to return on Monday with my ID and pay stubs, which I did. They took my fingerprints and processed my documents, but I haven't heard back since.

The hiring process was very rude and unconscious. They will lead you on for weeks or months, then tell you they "only offer on-call positions." This means little to no benefits and no unemployment insurance if something like a pandemic happens. Basically, they don't value their employees and show no responsibility to you as an employee. They have already falsely encouraged many therapists in the New Orleans area. Don't waste your time. They are users and have no respect for talent.
