First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fourlane.
Consulting Services Intern
It was a two-round interview process. Both rounds were behavioral in nature, focusing on general behavioral questions like 'Tell me about a time.' The atmosphere was pleasant, and there were no technical questions or case studies involved.
- Could you share an experience where you had to overcome a significant challenge?
Consulting Services Intern
It was a pretty simple process. We had an intro call, then a call with a senior person at the firm. I thought it went well, no unexpected things happened.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
QuickBooks Specialist
Went through 3 interviews. The first two were fine. But the third interview, they totally changed the job description and offered $20k less than the job I initially applied for. I wasn't really interested anymore because they were talking about a different position that honestly felt like it was made up on the spot.
- Tell me about your experience using Slack.
- What experience do you have with project management software?
Administrative Assistant
I applied and was quickly contacted for a phone interview. It went well. They said I'd hear back in 3-4 days about next steps. After a week with no word, I emailed them about my application status and to say I was still interested. It's been a month and I still haven't heard from them. As a single mom who really needs a job, this is disrespectful, especially since they were my top choice.
- Can you describe the types of managers you've found you work best with?
