It was an average interview, pretty straight to the point and friendly. The recruiter talked about the company's history and client care/coordination. They also laid out the expectations for filling a caseload, which seemed a bit excessive but doable.

the clinician who runs the practice had me come in for an in-person interview even though I live out of state. He asked me to bring in several resumes for the interview. He said at some point we would meet with others on the team and that they typically did 3-4 interviews. When I got there we went to his office and he said that they didn't do things in the typical way. He then told me to ask him questions. I asked several questions, although we had already spoken on the phone several times so there were many things I already knew. Then he looked over my resume and asked things which did not seem to necessarily pertain to the job. Overall, it was a very confusing process as he never asked any interview questions. I am not sure how he is able to gain any insight into a counselor's preparedness for the field without asking about any of their experiences.

I interviewed here in Winter of 2020 so can't remember the beginning of the process but know I had to drive 1.5 hours each way to their office in Loveland twice during the height of Covid. The interviews felt weird. When asked about professional development, I couldn't get any straight or concrete answers. It doesn't seem like they pour into their employees at all. After my second in-person interview, I was told to expect a call from the CEO, to set up an interview time. I did not receive a call but received an email a week later saying they did not wish to continue my interviews. I accepted another entry level position that pays 1.5 times as much and has great benefits.

The interview process was very thorough and comprehensive. I went through several interviews with upper management to get the job. Everyone was wonderfully polite and gracious. I felt very comfortable. I've heard they have since shortened the process but maintain the same level of diligence.
