Had a video chat interview about my experience. We discussed what were both good and bad qualities, if any. It was a comfortable experience overall. Yolanda let me know what was expected of me, what the pay range would be, and the offers available.

Got an email and phone call from HR, but played phone tag for three days. Then, a different person called. They asked two questions about funding and senior living assistance programs, which I could answer. After that, no more contact. I tried calling and emailing but got no response. I sent out my standard form letter requesting feedback and received a generic email response about two days later.

FSL has a very streamlined process. I applied on-line but was not contacted for several weeks. Once my phone interview was completed, the in-person interview, the panel interview, and the job offer happened relatively quickly. FSL kept me informed throughout the process and contacted me back when they said they would.

The interview was pretty laid-back. The program coordinator, who could hire me, interviewed me. I briefly met the center director after that just to say hi. My references were checked by the program coordinator after the interview, and then I got the job offer.
