I went through 2 rounds, starting with an initial screening with HR. Then, I proceeded to the next round, which was a panel interview over Zoom with two managers and the HR representative. I felt the interview went well, but it's been a month and I haven't heard back, which is unprofessional. A rejection email would be better than being ghosted.

I applied for a remote job and got a call from a recruiter pretty fast. It was a quick 20-minute chat where she asked me some STAR questions. Later that day, I had a video interview on Teams with the department manager. He was super nice and professional and talked about my experience and how it fit the role. He hit me with more STAR questions, which I'm not the best at, but if you're good with those, you'll do great. I really felt like it was a great opportunity with a cool company.

The process was pretty chill, no real prep needed. They mainly wanted to see if I'd fit in with the team and if my past experience was a good match. I spoke with two folks from different teams, and they also showed me around the new office.
