While I got good feedback throughout, I had to chase them for updates a few times when they should've reached out to me. After they decided not to hire me and I asked for feedback on their decision, I heard nothing back, which felt like the least they could do after taking up my time for over three months.

The interview process involved two rounds before a background check. The first round was a meeting with the Superintendent of both basins, and the second was with the engineering team. It was a pretty straightforward interview process, and the team was very direct and friendly. I would have liked to join the company, but I declined the offer because the compensation wasn't in line with market rates and what other competitors were offering.
