First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Foundation Energy Management.
Customer and Owner Relations Specialist
The interview process was super long and thorough, lasting about three months. I talked to tons of different people across various levels and roles in the company. While I got good feedback throughout, I had to chase them for updates a few times when they should've reached out to me. After they decided not to hire me and I asked for feedback on their decision, I heard nothing back, which felt like the least they could do after taking up my time for over three months.
- What makes you believe you're a suitable candidate for this role?
Production Assistant
It was pretty straightforward. I met with the whole team for the region and was able to get an idea of the responsibilities. Everyone seemed nice and it felt like a good fit.
- What is your experience level with Excel?
Intern
I had an in-person interview that lasted about an hour. They went over my resume and asked about my goals and career aspirations. Then, I had another interview over the phone with an engineer who talked more about the specifics of the role. The whole process, from when I applied, took about three weeks.
- What do you want to gain from this internship experience?
- What are your career goals?
- Could you describe your overall career path and aspirations?
Field Production Engineer
The interview process involved two rounds before a background check. The first round was a meeting with the Superintendent of both basins, and the second was with the engineering team. It was a pretty straightforward interview process, and the team was very direct and friendly. I would have liked to join the company, but I declined the offer because the compensation wasn't in line with market rates and what other competitors were offering.
- Could you describe a time you resolved a technical problem?
