First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Foundant Technologies.
Client Service Intern
The interview process was long and I thought it went well. They didn't tell me they had chosen someone else until I emailed them to ask if they were still deciding. Then they finally let me know they had moved forward with another candidate.
- What makes you want to work in client services?
Client Success Manager
Went through a few rounds of interviews. They were all pretty laid back and conversational. Looking back, some of my questions about how things worked internally might have gotten a bit of a rosy answer, but it felt like they were mostly checking for cultural fit.
- What's your approach when dealing with unhappy clients?
Data Migration Specialist
I sent in my resume and got a call back about a week later. Then we set up an in-person interview for a few days after that. When I got there, it turned out to be a small panel interview with three people asking questions. It was pretty laid-back and felt comfortable. I think it was about 30 to 45 minutes long. A week or so later, my future boss called to give me a verbal offer, which was then put in writing once I accepted.

Implementation Consultant
It was slow but they made it very personal, treating you like a whole person and focusing on your passions. The process definitely takes a while.
