I learned about the role from a recruiter and had a one-hour in-person interview. They asked a lot of detailed questions about my CV, various technical skills, and general interview questions. The interviewers were friendly, but they've been ghosting me for four months since. The recruiter mentioned he's been following up but hasn't gotten any response. Foster and Partners was a company I admired, so I put a lot of effort into preparing. I'm very disappointed they didn't even provide feedback; it feels unprofessional and disrespectful.

First off, I had this chat with two Partners. They talked a lot about the firm and what kind of projects I’d be working on. Then, I got to show off my portfolio, and they asked more about what I’m into professionally and what I know technically. After that, I talked to a Senior Partner. We covered similar ground, mostly to see if we’d be a good fit. The people interviewing me were super clear with everything and gave me feedback as we went along.

  • Could you present a portfolio of your past projects that demonstrates your relevant experience?
  • Please share a project portfolio showing the type of work you have experience with.
