Communications
The interview process started with a quick first meeting at their office. Then, I was invited back for a full day interview. During the emails and calls leading up to it, they didn't really tell me what the job actually involved, which is going door to door to businesses in a specific area to promote a product. Lots of the people working in the field seemed into it and happy, but a lot of the job details that came out during the day seemed like big downsides – working six days a week, pay totally based on how much you sell, and it looked like no reimbursement for travel like bus fare. I felt like it was a bad interview experience because they weren't upfront about what the job really is to get people interested. But, for some people, this kind of work is clearly really good and there's a path to move up.

Marketing Coordinator
Right away had a feeling that there was something off about this place. The sign in front of the office was printed out on paper and the office space was shared with Market Buzz. Red flag number one. When I walked into the office there were about 7 other people all waiting and all interviews seemed to be at the same time. Also the office space is very very small and only has two rooms with big windows so you can see right in them and watch other people be interviewed. There was nothing on the walls, boxes every where, and loud music playing on a portable speaker. When it was time for my interview I waited about 5 minutes and was called back. The whole interview didn't last more that 10 minutes. The interviewer was basically just trying to tell me why I should want to work for them and didn't ask me if I had any questions about the position. Within the 10 minutes the interviewer continued to check his phone to see what time it was probably because he had 6 other people scheduled to be interviewed at the same time as me. They said the company has been around for 10 years (which is odd considering the shady 2 room office you'd think after 10 years they would have a larger more professional spot?). Overall this place seems like a scam I was called back for a second interview but declined.

IT System Administrator and IT Purchasing Specialist
The interview process was short, but time consuming, especially the second interview. In the first one, it was literally a fifteen minute process, just to "put a face to a name." The second one was the longer part. We listened to a presentation for about an hour and were repeatedly asked why this company should hire us. While this is a salient point, the way that it was gone about was rather uncaring. You could tell that they were less concerned about employees than the job that needed to be done, or at least that's what it seemed like. Then we were led up to answer a "questionnaire" before being called into the third interview. I put quotations around questionnaire because it was more like a short answer quiz from high school. Overall, this company seemed like it was so concerned about staffing the offices it needed that it did not care genuinely about the people they were hiring to be employees.
- What would make us want to hire you?
Sales Executive
So the first interview was about 15-20 minutes. I had to fill out this questionnaire first, then I chatted with the CEO. He was really confident but also super down-to-earth, made me feel totally at ease. I guess I did well because I got to the second round the very next day. When I got to the office, there were sales execs and leaders all over the place, looking really happy and positive. One of the leaders interviewed me for the whole day, and I even got to shadow him. It was a great learning experience, like a mini-training, and also part of the interview. I actually used what I learned that day right when I started the job.
