It was a really friendly and easygoing interview. They talked about the job, the company vibe, and what they're looking for in the role. They showed me around the place and my potential work area. It took over a month from when I applied until they called me for an interview. The branch manager was pretty open. He really needed people who had passed the corporate recruiters and reviews. He did most of the talking, trying to get me to join his branch. He wasn't totally honest but didn't lie too much.
