The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a recruiter call, then a phone screen. I was expecting one interview with four people, but it ended up being four separate one-on-one interviews. It worked out fine, and I think they were just trying to get to know me better before deciding. Everyone was really nice, and the questions were pretty standard.

The interview process was quite thorough, and the interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable about the company. They really highlighted the company's future prospects. They inquired about my experience with managing time and territories, my understanding of the products, and how I would go about achieving my objectives.

The interview was pretty good, I got there about 20 minutes early. The interviewer, whose name I'm keeping private, greeted me. The whole thing took maybe 50 minutes or so. At the end, the interviewer mentioned setting up an on-site tour to see the actual job and what it involves. That was about two weeks back, and I've been the one following up (emailing and calling), but no response. I'm guessing I didn't get the job. At the very least, they could have let us know via email that we didn't get it. Seems unprofessional, especially for a manager role. Still interested in working with the company, just maybe not at that specific location.

The interview process wasn't very communicative. I sent numerous emails to the HR recruiter and she never responded back by email, but randomly called me in the morning to see if I would be available for an interview asap. This was a red flag that actually made me believe it was a fake interview. After discussing the culture of them with the recruiter, she couldn't reveal it me, but she said they honor it, but after seeing all of the 5-6 team members, I immediately turned the interview down.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • I declined moving forward due the culture wasn't a fit for me.
