Paraplanner
I had an HR interview and then a hiring manager interview. The HR person was really nice and the interview went smoothly. They got back to me super fast and even told me about other jobs that might be a good fit for someone in my field.
- What was the reason you chose your major?
Bank Teller
They have a wonderful interview process that helps you feel more comfortable talking with them during it. I felt right at home with every interview sessions I had because they do have you do two or three.
- Tell me about your values in work.
Research and Administration Specialist
The interviews were fine, with the typical phone screen by HR and then in-person with department managers. The issue was there was no follow-up whatsoever. None…… nada! If I was a decline, at least have the courtesy to send a canned email indicating the decline. Cannot see how the lack of even the decline email is a significant savings in time or money. It seems to show they really aren't capable of putting for the the common courtesy to indicate appreciation for the interest. Certainly makes you wonder how they treat their own employees. Guess it worked out for the best.

Member Service Representative
I first got a call from a recruiter who asked me some basic questions about my resume, like why I had gaps in employment. Then, the recruiter set up an interview for the very next day. In that interview, they asked me to share an experience with a difficult customer and if I knew any computer software. They also asked about my knowledge of cash handling and my availability. Based on what the interviewer said, it seems like customer service and being able to upsell products are really important skills, so make sure to have examples ready to show how you've excelled at both.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a challenging customer?
- Were you able to successfully upsell products in previous roles?
