They made me do 3 interviews, which was a complete waste of time. The first was about my profile, the second checked my English level, and the third was about my tech experience. After all that, I got no feedback or response.

It was pretty standard: first a phone screen, then a technical interview with two lead engineers where we talked about past projects, my technical experience, and my overall fit for the role. It was a good experience and a good discussion.

I had an initial chat with their HR recruiter, and it went well. It was a standard phone screen, no technical stuff, and they seemed to think my skills were a good fit. They mentioned moving to a technical interview and that I'd hear back soon. But then, radio silence... After a few days, I tried to follow up with the recruiter, but got no response.

The interviews here are pretty relaxed. First, you'll chat on the phone, and if they think you're a good fit skill-wise and personally, you'll come in for an in-person meeting. Usually, a couple of developers and someone from hiring will be there, and sometimes one of the managing partners. It's not your typical interview with a test or pseudo-coding. Mostly, they want to hear about what you've done, what code challenges you've enjoyed tackling, and what gave you trouble. They're trying to gauge what excites you about tech and if you'd like the job. They find that determining skill is pretty straightforward from there. Occasionally, they might ask more direct technical questions if the conversation doesn't reveal enough.
