I interviewed via Zoom and thought it went really well. Then, there was radio silence for two weeks. I was supposed to get another assessment test from HR, but it never arrived. The hiring manager promised to follow up, but didn't. After I emailed corporate, they finally replied a week later saying I wasn't moving forward. The lack of communication was really unprofessional and frustrating. I'm goal-driven and devoted, so it felt like a waste of my time. I should've listened to other people's experiences.
