I applied online and they called me back with questions really fast, in less than 24 hours. Nobody sent an email to set up a good time for the call, it just happened. The interviewer sounded super rushed and distracted by something else, maybe reading or paying attention to something else. She would have these weird long pauses after I answered, like she wasn't really listening. It was the weirdest, least professional phone interview I've ever had. I have more than enough experience and skills in sales and real estate for what they were looking for. I think I answered the questions well, but they didn't ask me to come in for another meeting. Honestly, I was okay with that because if this is how the interview is done, it feels like they might not hire with integrity.

I had two phone calls with recruiting assistants and then they had me come in for an in-person interview. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the interview to start. The recruiting manager's office was where I was brought. She asked questions that felt really generic and not really related to sales or the qualities needed for a good salesperson. The whole thing was over in 15-20 minutes.

The interview was a relaxed and straightforward experience. I was given a quick tour of the building and a rundown of all the different operations the company handles. They explained the expectations for the role and the hours the employees are expected to work. It seemed like a really good work environment, with a nice location and a staff full of energy.
